Shoes on the brain!

Hey,

So i'm off to London today, I can never sleep properly when I know I have a train to catch and when I start thinking about shoes! No time for shopping this trip, however I have some fabulous shoe purchases planned for when I get back...

I am loving these nude 'Electric' platforms from Kurt Geiger...

I am loving the stud detailing, especially on the heals.

These can be purchased from the Kurt Geiger online-shop for £130. I also have my eyes on these fabulous Leopard Print ankle boots, they would look perfect with black tights and a LBD for winter...

These are also from Kurt Geiger at £150. This is still quite a lot of money so...this weeks Grazia magazine (£1.95 with Kate Moss on the cover) has a 25% off voucher on p117 to use online and in store at Kurt Geiger (valid until 6th Sept 2010)...great savings.

Just to convince the boyf that these two pairs of shoes are essential to my winter wardrobe!

Have a great bank holiday weekend xoxo leedscherrygirl

Winter is approaching...time for a new coat!

So as all the shops are starting to chuck out the summer old (floral dresses, cropt tees and playsuits) and bring in the winter new (avaiator jackets, lace dresses and chunky knits) I was so excited to purchase my first winter coat for the year! I usually leave it until I can no longer stand the weather in my trusty H & M Mac and then start the hunt, however this year I am ahead of the game...the apartment buzzer went this morning and I was extremeley excited to see a large ASOS bag waiting for me! Inside my new camel cape...

Camel Cape £80 at http://www.asos.com/

I couldn't resist buying the Bow Head Band Turban as well to complete my look, bring on the cold weather so I can wear my new outfit :-)

Let me know your thoughts...

Lots of love leedscherrygirl xoxo

Welcome...

Hey,

So thanks for checking out my first post and welcome to my blog :-)

A little about me...I am a twentysomething from England, I live in Leeds - way too close to the shops (I can be inside topshop in 5 minutes)...DANGEROUS!!! So whilst I don't work in fashion I LOVE shopping and spend as much of my wages on clothes as possible...hey i'd prefer to live on beans on toast for the rest of the month and have that extra pair of shoes wouldn't you?!

So I have followed a few bloggers over the years and whilst I loved designer items realistically at the moment my budget won't stretch that far, so instead I bring you the high street blog...there still maybe the occasional lusting after designer products (I can still dream huh).

So keep following for pics and news of my latest purchases and great deals that I have found on the high street (I also love to shop for my boyfriend so there may also be a few posts on guys clothing too).

Thanks for checking out the first post, spk soon...lots of love leedscherrygirl xoxo
